Items received are now in the sale, can I be refunded the difference?

Unfortunately, once an order has been despatched, we are unable to refund any price difference if a product goes into a Sale. If your order has not been fulfiled, please call us on 01778 560256 to speak to a Customer Experience Team member, who will look into this further for you. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
