I have received an email to say there are items in my basket, but I thought I had successfully placed an order. Why is this?

If you have received confirmation of your order via email, then your order has been successfully placed. If you are still getting basket reminders, please revisit our website on the device you used previously, this may be either your phone, tablet or desktop computer.


Once you have accessed our website, you should see the items still within your bag which is accessed by clicking on the bag icon (top right-hand side) of your screen;



Please work your way through the items and remove them. Once removed, your bag should now be empty and you will no longer receive basket reminder emails from us.
