I have been contacted because an item is out of stock on my order, what do I do?

We will always aim to 100% fulfill your order. However, on the rare occasion that one of the items is unfortunately out of stock, we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know.


Depending on the length of time before the item is due back into stock again, we will give you a range of options regarding your order. Please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience to let us know how you would like to proceed.
