My item has developed a fault, what do I do?

Modified on Thu, 14 Nov, 2024 at 2:04 PM

We are very sorry to hear this.

If a fault develops, please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including:

  • Your order reference number (if you cannot locate this, a bank statement will suffice)
  • The name of the item(s) which has developed a fault
  • A clear photo of the fault
  • If relevant, the way the item(s) has been washed, dried and stored

Once we've received the above information, we can then discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forwards.

Please take extra care to read our product care guidelines for any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
