I have received someone else's order, what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you have received someone else's order in error.


Please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including:

  • Your order reference number
  • The order reference number of the incorrect order received (on the outside label)
  • A clear photo of the outside label on the incorrect order received

Please do not open the incorrect order. If opened by mistake, let us know.


Do not return anything until we have advised you of next steps.


Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter.
