The website won’t let me place my order with delivery in a different country, what do I do?

We do offer international delivery; we are sorry you are having difficulty placing your order.


Please follow the below steps. In this example, we are ordering from the UK, for delivery to France;


1. At the top right of the webpage, change the abbreviation to the destination country (in this instance, it would be FR (€))

3. Proceed with the order as normal until you reach the checkout stage.


4. At the checkout stage, when inputting the billing address, there shall be an option to change the country (in this instance, it would be UK). 


5. Then proceed to payment.
