Can I return an item bought from one of your shops?

If you bought an item from our Bourne, Stamford or Harrogate shop, we would kindly ask you to return it one of our stores. Items should be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will need proof of purchase, as well as the original card you paid on for a refund. Exchanges can be also processed if preferred.

Please note that seconds items purchased from our Bourne shop will be clearly marked as such, and are non-refundable.
