If you have received a gift and would like to exchange or return it for gift vouchers, please get in touch within our returns period, with as many details as possible with regards to the gift-giver (an order reference number would be best, but if you don't have this information, the name, postcode or email address will help), so that we can locate the order on our systems.
Please let us know if you would rather the gift-giver wasn't made aware of the return, otherwise an email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the return or exchange is completed. Please note that refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.
If an item received as a gift has developed a fault, please get in touch with as many details as possible with regards to the gift-giver (e.g. name, postcode, email address, order reference), and an image of the fault, so that we can look into the matter further for you and advise of next steps.
