You have 30 days from receipt of your delivery to return or exchange, as long as the item(s) are returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Once we have located your order on our systems, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges, and please note that we charge for sending any exchange items by post.
If you bought from a stockist, any returns or exchanges must be made through them - see here for further details. If you would like to return a gift, we would ask for the gift-givers details, in order for us to locate the original order on our system. We would then be able to exchange or return for gift vouchers - see here for further details.
Cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. We would therefore strongly recommend that you order a sample prior to placing your fabric order.
We cannot accept returns of products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you, unless faulty. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
For hygiene reasons, once the original packaging has been opened, we are unable to refund or exchange any bedding, unless it is faulty.
