We are extremely sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete.
Please ensure that none of the items were on pre-order, and note that roll wrap is dispatched in a separate tube, to avoid creasing. Our lampshades and made to measure blinds/curtains are made to order and will be dispatched separately at a later date.
If you still appear to be missing something from your order and it isn't clear why, please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including:
- Your order reference number
- The name of the item(s) missing from delivery
Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter.
Please note that all claims for orders arriving with missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
