Please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including:
- Your order reference number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in error
- A clear photo of the incorrect item received
Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter.
Do not return anything until we have advised you whether it is necessary or not to do so.
Please note that all claims for orders arriving with an incorrect item must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
