Our warehouse team will process your return as quickly as possible upon receiving your parcel. This may take up to 7 working days, and you will receive an email notification.
Please note that for any refunds due, our Finance Team will then aim to process your refund within an additional 5 working days. They will be in touch to confirm this, once it has been actioned.
