We do not currently offer exchanges for UK or international orders.
We want to give you the best service possible. Waiting on returns to be received back with us can cause disappointment with out of stock issues, especially during our busier periods. It also means manual payment of exchange balances, where required, over the telephone.
We would rather remove these hassles so that you simply register your return, and re-place a new order via our website.
Please note that if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described, or develops a fault, you should follow the relevant instructions here. We do still process replacements where necessary, and may not require a return.
